No Bake Chocolate Bars

INGREDIENTS:

100g Oats
35g Flora Light
50ml Skimmed Milk
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder (reduced fat)
50g Peanut Butter (Crunchy or Whole)
¾ Cup/ 20 Tsp Artificial Sweetener
2 Scoops Protein Powder (Chocolate, Vanilla or Unflavoured)

DIRECTIONS:

Combine and melt all the ingredients together in a saucepan over a low heat except peanut butter, oats and protein powder. Boil gently for 5 minutes whilst constantly stirring. Remove from the heat and add oats, peanut butter and protein powder. Mix thoroughly and place onto a non stick baking pan and place in fridge. Leave to set for 2-3 hours then turn and refrigerate for a further 2 hours. Cut into 4 servings and enjoy.
