Choc Chip Biscuits
Choc Chip Biscuits

INGREDIENTS:
* 100g Oats
* 50g Wholemeal self raising flour
* 1.5 scoops of Protein powder (Unflavoured or Vanilla)
* 1 Tsp of Brown Splenda
* Pinch of salt
* 75g Flora Light
* 4 tbsp of beaten egg with water
* 25g Chocolate Chips

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 175°C. Add oats, wholemeal flour, choc chips, splenda and salt together in a large bowl. Then sift protein powder into bowl and mix. Next rub in the butter. Once mixed add the egg and water mixture to produce a thick paste.
Roll the mixture out onto a flat surface and cut out 10 biscuits (we suggest that you flour the surface before rolling as mixture will be sticky). Place the biscuits on a lightly greased baking tray or baking sheet and bake for 15-20 mins. Allow to cool before consuming.
