

INGREDIENTS:
250g Oats
40g Margarine
60g Butter (Flora Light)
40g Brown Sugar Sweetener (Silver spoon light)
2 Scoops protein powder
1 Banana (mashed)
3 Tsp Honey
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 220C. Melt the butter and margarine over a low heat in a large saucepan. Once melted add Honey and brown sweetener. Mix until smooth. Mix Oats and protein powder until and then stir in gradually into the mix in the saucepan. Last add the mashed banana and thoroughly mix. Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking tray and place in the center of the oven for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven once golden brown and let sit for 1 minute. Cut into 8 servings.
