Chewy Chocolate Protein Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

150g Oats (2 small cups)
1 small cup of artificial sweetener
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
70ml Skimmed Milk (0.25 of small cup)
1 scoop of Protein Powder (Chocolate, Vanilla or Unflavoured)
30g light butter (1 heaped tbsp.)

DIRECTIONS:

Bring sweetener, butter, cocoa and milk to the boil for a minute (ensure fully mixed). Take mix off the heat. Mix the oats and protein powder in a separate bowl, then stir into the mixture in the pan. Once fully mixed spoon mixture onto a tray and form four cookies. Refrigerate and enjoy.
