

INGREDIENTS:
75g Oats
80g Whole meal Flour
20g Raisins
35g Flora Light
25g Honey
1 cup/10g Artificial Sweetener
½ cup of coffee
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Melt butter, honey and sweetener in a large saucepan over a low heat. Then add (pre-mixed) oats, flour, protein powder and raisins and mix thoroughly. Once mixed poor in 1/2 cup of hot coffee (this will need to be judged carefully) and mix again. Then spoon out mixture onto a greased baking tray and flatten to form a rectangular shape, proceed to place tray into the oven and bake for 15-20mins. Once out of the oven cut rectangle into four bars and allow to cool.
