INGREDIENTS:

600g Low fat fruit yogurt
1 Scoop of Protein Powder
30ml skimmed milk

DIRECTIONS:

Blend yogurt, milk and protein powder. Spoon mixture into lolly mould and freeze. Makes roughly six servings.
