Apple and Banana Muffins
Apple and Banana Muffins
  • INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 scoop protein powder
  • Wholemeal self raising floor 125g
  • 2 cups of Artificial sweetener 34g (or 1 cup of sugar)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • unsweetened applesauce 200g
  • skimmed milk 150ml
  • 1 egg
  • 2 bananas, mashed

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 F/175 C degrees. Spray 12-muffin muffin pan with no-stick spray (or line with muffin cups). Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Blend egg, skimmed milk, banana and applesauce in a bowl. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and mix (if batter is too dry, add 1 tbsp of milk at a time until desired consistency. If batter is too runny, add 1 tbsp of flour at a time). Poor batter into each muffin cups. Bake at 350/175 for 25-30 minutes or until knife/toothpick comes clean when inserted in muffin.
