INGREDIENTS:

50g Whole meal self rising flour
1 Tbsp Rice Flour
60g Protein Powder (Unflavoured)
10 Tsp Artificial Sweetener
1 Tsp Sugar
50g Flora Light

DIRECTIONS:

Mix the butter and Sweetener/Sugar until almost white. The gradually add the flour. Squeeze the mixture into a large ball. Take the ball out of mixing bowl and dust with rice flour. Press into an 8inch tin and smooth over. Bake in the oven at 160c for approximately 25 minutes. When removed from oven dust with sweetener and make 4 servings.

NOTE: If you find these a little dry bake with a handful of raisons replacing approx. 10g of flour. (This will change nutritional values slightly).
