

INGREDIENTS:
75g Oats 25g Brown Splenda 25g Flora Light 45g Mixed fruit and nuts 20g Fruit Yogurt (Apricot is nice) 12.5g Honey 2 x 30g Scoops of unflavoured or fruit flavoured protein powder
DIRECTIONS:
Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Melt the butter over a low heat and stir in the splenda and honey. Take the butter mixture off the heat and stir in the dry ingredients. Once mixed add yogurt and continue mix until the correct consistency is achieved. Flatten mixture into a non stick baking tin (preferably square) and refrigerate for 3 or more hours until solid. Remove from fridge and allow to come to room temperature cut into 4 servings. Enjoy.
