INGREDIENTS:

110g (1.5 Cups) Oats
150g Chocolate
1 Scoop Protein Powder

DIRECTIONS:

Mix oats and protein powder in a large bowl and leave to one side. Next break up chocolate and microwave for 1 minute at a time until you can stir it smooth. Then mix the chocolate and the oat, protein powder mix together. Spoon mixture into 6 cake dishes or you can use paper cake cups.
